On Wednesdays I Workout

The fact of the matter is,  we have the freedom to make healthy choices. We choose to spend the time exercising, and we choose what to put into our bodies. However, this wonderful freedom can also be the biggest challenge we face on our quest to be fit, healthy, and happy.

I happen to make time to work out at least 5 times a week.I started CrossFit in February of 2014 and have “drank the Kool-Aid” so to speak. This has been a fitness experience that really works for me, and that has a lot to do with the awesome coaching and community at my gym Crossfit Vantage in Denver. This journey has been just as much mental as it has been physical and I just keep feeling better and better!

Today’s WOD (workout of the day):

1 minute each of

Wall Balls

Box Jumps

L-Holds

Sandbag Get-ups

Rest

Repeat for 4 rounds total!

Some of you may not have the access to CrossFit…but that doesn’t mean you can’t get your sweat on! And if you do have access…let me know what your WOD was today!
